Terms and Conditions

Session Duration: Each free coaching session is limited to 20 minutes.

Eligibility: Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Each individual may only book one free session per calendar month.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Yuzo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions as necessary. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified as early as possible and offered an alternative time if available.

Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.

No-Shows: If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify Yuzo at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session for that month.
